A collaboration perfect for a friend who has everything! This winter, we’ve teamed up with British artist, illustrator and writer Hugo Guinness to launch these limited-edition jumpers and scarves, brimming with vibrance, whimsy and lots of character! With 20% of each sale going to the Ukraine Crisis Appeal through the British Red Cross, these stunning pieces have been designed for avid collectors of Guinness’ work or those looking for a wholly unique gift that gives back.
ABOUT HUGO GUINNESS
Hugo Guinness is currently based in Brooklyn, New York, but originally hails from the UK. He has become well-known for his animal prints, particularly those depicting dogs, and has worked with the likes of Wes Anderson and the New York Times. The pieces in our collaborative collection have been created to pay homage to his iconic style, the English countryside and the enduring spirit of Ukraine in times of great adversity.
“[I was] happy to be approached by Victoria to do this collaboration, especially when all 20% [of each sale] is going to help Ukraine via the British Red Cross.”

ABOUT THE COLLABORATION
When designing the two relaxed-fit jumpers and the two scarves, Guinness really loved the idea of clashing pinks, reds, mustard yellows and orange hues together into fun colour-block designs that create a stark contrast against the black and white animal prints. The colour pairings were also heavily inspired by the sets of films he had worked on. We wanted to create something fun to inject personality into the wearer’s seasonal wardrobe because whoever said winterwear had to be dark, dull and drab?
Made in Scotland from a luxuriously cosy wool-cashmere blend, you can choose either his signature dachshund print (reminiscent of his neighbour’s dog) or one of his favourite prints of a sweet little hedgehog (which he considers a hallmark of Britishness). In the words of Guinness, “well, who doesn’t love a hedgehog?”
Designed to blend harmoniously with our broader collection (and fantastic for both men and women alike), pair our jumpers with our collared shirts, turtleneck tops and corduroy trousers, and our scarves with our colourful hats and mitts, great for building a coordinated gift! So, whether you plan to wear, gift or frame yours, these winter warmers are the perfect colour-popping spirit lifter for the cold, gusty and (hopefully) snowy season ahead.
“I’ve always loved Hugo’s work. It was such an honour to have him design for Brora. What an original Christmas present these will make!”

ABOUT THE UKRAINE CRISIS APPEAL
We’re committed to donating 20% of the sale of each piece from our Brora x Hugo Guinness collaboration to the Ukraine Crisis Appeal through the British Red Cross a cause very close to Guinness’ heart, as well as us here at Brora. The British Red Cross has been working tirelessly around the clock ever since the conflict began to provide essential emergency support, including food, water, medical care and shelter, to those in Ukraine. The donation from the sale of these jumpers and scarves will help them continue to fund this very worthy cause.
